Having a good night routine:
Having a good night routine is very important for your intellectual wellbeing, making sure that you look away from screens at least an hour or two before going to bed.
You should also set up a good sleep schedule, which means sleeping for around 8-10 hours a night and going through your whole REM cycle per night. Trying to keep your sleep cycle even throughout the week and even when you have no school over a break.
