Your physical wellbeing is very important to maintain so as not to become over-weight which can cause health problems later in life.
Tips for maintaining your physical well-being
- Exercise for at least 30-60 minutes a day (30 if it's hard-core exercise, 60 if it's just a light stroll).
- Getting your heart rate up while exercising .
- If you are injured, taking a break and letting the injury heal fully before you do any crazy exercise with it.
- Exercising all parts of your body, not just running, while that can help your legs and heart, it doesn't do anything for your arms.
- Trying a wide spread of exercise, not just football but other things like Pilates, yoga, tennis, workouts, dancing, weights. If you use them correctly you should be moving every muscle in your body
- Getting a friend to do it with you it seems small but having someone to talk about it with always makes it more fun.
